This book is about a young girl called Vicky, who goes to college and works part time in a convenience store. She’s been feeling a bit left out since her best friend Jen started going out with her new boyfriend. So when mysterious letters start arriving, its perfect timing and flattering. But she doesn’t know who he is, what he’s like or what he wants……
She starts to get scared when someone starts to stalk her; even to the stage of breaking into her house. Just like a normal person, she went to the police; but was that a good idea…..?
This book was so moving I couldn’t put it down. I love the way Anne takes normal people life’s and turns them into moving journeys which they are forced to make important decisions or face the consequences. I would give it nine out of ten because she could have made it longer. I would recommend this book to young girls age twelve to sixteen.
